We also guarantee a fast repair service – our processing period typically takes 5 business days from the day our warranty team receive the phone. We will either repair or replace your phone with another unit of the same model or repair it.
Please note that the warranty is voided if the phone is damaged due to improper use, such as:
- Cracked glass parts
- A bent body
- Water damage
The phone must be repaired exclusively by us, otherwise the warranty is voided.
